Barratts DrainCare knows that you want the job to be attended and completed as quickly as possible.  Just simply forward a works order over to us via email: barrattsdraincare@hotmail.co.uk and we will do the rest.

Service & Maintenance Arrangements

Need a Quotation:  Free of charge, send over a works order(s) giving as much detail as possible of the services/maintenance works that need to be carried out.  If you have a budget for particular work orders please note this.  We will then arrange to attend the site(s), a verbal or written quotation will then forwarded to you.

Scheduled Works: A monthly. quarterly or yearly contact is setup and carried out accordanlly. We will contact you stating the service is due to be carried out, you then forward a works order and we take care of the rest.

Invoices:  Invoice will be posted to you with a 30 day account

Non maintenace/service work orders

Quotations are free of charge, send over a works order(s) giving as much detail as possible of works that need to be carried out.  If you have a budget for particular work orders please note this.  We will contact the tenant, the same day, to arrange a suitable time for us to attend.  A verbal or written quotation will then made to you.

Work Instructions:  You just forward the works order(s) over to us and let us do the rest.  We will contact the tenant the same day to arrange a suitable time to attend.  A email statement will be sent to you on completion of works.  A report/advise statement will be forwarded to you if needed. 

Photo Evidence: When possible photos will be taken at the job and forwarded

Invoices:  Invoice will be posted to you with a 30 day account.

Incentive:  If you have 2 or more properties you own or manage a 10% discount/commission is given when using any our services.
